Acceptable Use Policy

Rules and guidelines for using the Creators' Toolkit platform responsibly.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using Creators' Toolkit. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

2. Permitted Uses

Creators' Toolkit is designed for:

  • Creating product photography and lifestyle images
  • Generating marketing and advertising content
  • Designing social media visuals and creative assets
  • Personal art projects and creative exploration
  • Client work (Creator and Pro plans only, commercial license required)

3. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute:

3.1 Illegal Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depictions of minors
  • Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Content that facilitates illegal activities (drug manufacturing, weapons, fraud)

3.2 Harmful & Violent Content

  • Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or radicalization
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying real-world violence
  • Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
  • Threats or intimidation directed at specific individuals

3.3 Non-Consensual & Exploitative Content

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (real or AI-generated) of any person
  • Deepfakes or realistic depictions of identifiable individuals without their consent
  • Content designed to harass, bully, or stalk specific individuals

3.4 Deceptive Content

  • Fake news, disinformation, or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • Content designed to manipulate elections or political processes
  • Fraudulent documents, fake IDs, or impersonation materials
  • Medical, legal, or financial misinformation presented as factual

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Content intentionally designed to replicate copyrighted works
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or brand identities
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

3.6 Spam & Abuse

  • Automated bulk generation (bots, scrapers, or scripts) without authorization
  • Content created solely for SEO spam or link farming
  • Phishing materials or social engineering content

4. Prohibited Behaviors

  • Attempting to bypass content filters or safety mechanisms
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or exploiting the Service
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts or credits
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit free credits
  • Using the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review prompts and generated content. We may use automated systems and manual review to detect policy violations. If prohibited content is detected:

  1. The content will be removed
  2. Your account may be suspended pending review
  3. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent termination
  4. We may report illegal content to law enforcement

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to hello@creators-toolkit.com. We investigate all reports and will take action as warranted.

7. Consequences of Violation

  • Warning: For minor, first-time, unintentional violations
  • Temporary suspension: Account restricted pending review (typically 24 to 72 hours)
  • Permanent termination: For severe, repeated, or intentional violations
  • No refund: Accounts terminated for policy violations forfeit all credits and are not eligible for refunds
  • Legal action: We may pursue legal remedies for violations that cause harm to us or others
